Stephanie is the CEO and Founder of Veterans Yielding Better Opportunities, LLC. In her role, she is directly responsible for leading VYBO by advocating, delivering, supporting, and motivating employees to achieve maximum performance and overall success. Stephanie has noticed discrepancies and gaps in services, products, and personnel in the government contracting industry which inspired her to build VYBO in 2016. Her intentions are to provide Veterans and professionals better opportunities for themselves and their families, all while delivering exceptional services, products, and quality!

Stephanie, the Wife of a retired Army Senior Non-Commissioned Officer and Mother to four boys, is a key member of her community. Within her 17 years of experience, she has gained the knowledge to be a great leader, develop emotional intelligence, manage diversity, and provide selfless service through her years of experience in the United States Armed Forces, practicing as a Licensed Practical Nurse, and working as a contractor for numerous companies.

Stephanie lives by her motto, “Ever Upward”, which she also upholds VYBO to this philosophy. She believes by having an “Ever Upward” mentality facilitates quicker and smoother resolutions for complex problems and challenges; not to mention, it encourages dynamic teamwork.

She is sincerely a people person, ensuring to exhibit a calm and friendly work environment with awesome morale. Providing a workspace where one will enjoy coming to work is on the top of her list. The goal is to build relationships, provide value, and deliver outstanding quality.
