Miguel ‘Mr. O’ Osorio serves as the Director of Logistics for VYBO. Mr. O specializes in supply chain management, logistics, and operations. Results-driven and efficiency-focused brings a wealth of knowledge allowing him to build warehouse structures from the ground up. Mr. O critical, analytical, and attention to detail skills facilitate ways to enhance transportation processes and control costs. He redesigns and setup warehouses to permit effortless and strategically placed workloads for shipping and receiving – cutting down on the time allotted for customer service, procurement, and warehouse tasks. Mr. O, highly accomplished, sufficiently supervises inventories of several major contractual warehouses and reallocation of material to other locations to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse… in addition to improving accountability and responsibility. In his experience, Mr. O has reviewed over $15M worth of requisitions and maintained a battalion’s property book estimated at $45M.


Mr. O gained extensive experience serving 21 years in the United States (US) Army as a Logistics Supervisor/Senior Unit Supply. Supporting US military logistic operations, supply management, and training high impact teams enabling a dynamic leadership style. He is competent in communication and conflict management skills, which allows him to handle diversity and create effectiveness and efficiency in distant teams. He coordinated and managed field and sustainment logistic operations, teams in the RPAT/Mobile RPAT and warehouse monitoring, and transported assets for organizations worldwide, such as, but not limited to US, Afghanistan, Iraq, and United Arab Emirates regions, etc.


Mr. O earned his Master of Management, Bachelor of Science in Management, and was recently inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success. His plan while at VYBO is to provide value through high-level performance, securing all material, and excellence in planning functions.
